As most of you know, Governor Abbott announced that Salons and Barber Shops can open as of Friday, May 8th. This came as a surprise to all of us!

As excited as we are to see each and every one of you, we want to do this in the safest environment possible. Our motto throughout the next few weeks and beyond is SAFETY FIRST, BEAUTY SECOND.
With that said, we will be officially re-opening to see clients on Monday, May 11th.

 

RESCHEDULING YOUR MISSED APPOINTMENT DUE TO SALON CLOSURE MANDATE. 

IF YOU HAD AN APPOINTMENT THAT WAS CANCELLED DUE TO OUR MANDATED SHUTDOWN, A MEMBER OF OUR RECEPTION TEAM WILL BE CONTACTING YOU TO RESCHEDULE.

SCHEDULING A NEW APPOINTMENT:

PHONE LINES WILL OPEN FRIDAY, MAY 8TH. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR STYLIST MAY NOT BE RETURNING TO THE SALON AS SOON AS MAY 11TH OR THEIR SCHEDULE MAY HAVE CHANGED.

CLIENTS WILL BE SEEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

NO WALKINS ALLOWED

NEW IMMEDIATE GUIDELINES FOR ALL CLIENTS AT RENATA SALON FOR AT LEAST THE FIRST 30 DAYS OF RE-OPEN:

  • PLEASE COME WITH CLEAN AND STYLED HAIR (WASHED WITHIN 24 HOURS)

  • NO BLOWDRIES WILL BE PERFORMED AT THIS TIME

  • COME SOLO TO APPOINTMENT. NO GUESTS OR CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED TO ACCOMPANY YOU

  • NO ONE IS ALLOWED IN RECEPTION AREA EXCEPT RENATA TEAM MEMBERS

  • YOU WILL BE TEMPERATURE SCREENED UPON ARRIVAL

    • IF YOUR TEMERATURE IS 100 OR OVER, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • NO BEVERAGES WILL BE SERVED UNTIL FURTER NOTICE

  • A MASK IS REQUIRED FOR ALL GUEST ENTERING THE SALON AND MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A MASK, THE SALON WILL PROVIDE ONE FOR YOU

CHECKING IN PROCESS

  1. TEXT THE FRONT DESK AT 817-488-3444 WHEN YOU ARRIVE

  2. WE WILL TEXT YOU BACK ONCE YOUR AREA HAS BEEN CLEANED AND SANITIZED

  3. A TEAM MEMBER WILL MEET YOU AT THE DOOR FOR YOUR SCREENING AND TAKE YOU TO YOUR STYLIST STATION AFTER WASHING YOUR HANDS

  4. ONCE AT THE STATION, PLEASE DO NOT MOVE ABOUT SALON FREELY TO SOCALIZE OR SHOP

CHECKING OUT PROCESS:

  1. A MEMBER OF OUR RECEPTION TEAM WILL TEXT YOU YOUR TOTAL

  2. PLEASE RESPOND WITH ANY PRODUCTS NEEDED AND ANY TIP AMOUNT

  3. YOUR STYLIST WILL GET ANY PRODUCTS YOU NEED AND RUN YOUR CARD AT RECEPTION AREA AND RETURN WITH YOUR CARD AND RECEIPT. NO SIGNATURES WILL BE REQUIRED AT THIS TIME.

  4. YOU CAN MAKE YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT THIS WAY AS WELL.
